City of Austin Expands Recycling to Include Paper Cups
From the austintexas.gov 6/2/25 article: City of Austin curbside customers can now recycle food and beverage cartons and coated paper products in their blue recycling carts. Recycling cartons and paper cups also saves our natural resources, supports a circular economy, and reduces Austin’s environmental footprint. Recycled paper products can be turned into paper towels, tissues, office paper, roof tiles and other sustainable materials.
